The education and training programs of H2B Singaraja refer to the Indonesian National Qualification Framework (KKNI) level 3 with the terms of Certificate 3 and level 4 with the terms of Certificate 4. The strengths of KKNI-based education and training programs are achieving the national and international standards
Certificate 3 (KKNI Level 3)
Program of Certificate 3 (1 year) the alumni are prepared to graduates are prepared to have good and professional qualifications with skills and deepen their foreign language abilities. The programs consist of four study programs
F & B Service
The section responsible for serving food and beverages to guests, including table setting, serving, and ensuring guest satisfaction during the meal.
Culinary
Focus on food preparation and preparation, from preparing ingredients to cooking and serving dishes in the kitchen.
Bartender
Manage and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at the bar, and provide an enjoyable drinking experience to guests
Housekeeping
Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of rooms and public areas of the hotel, ensuring cleanliness standards are met and guests feel comfortable.
Certificate 4 (KKNI Level 4)
Program of Certificate 4 (2 years) graduates are prepared to master the ability to carry out routine operational work, and supervisory activities, and become team leaders who can organize work independently. The programs consist of four study programs

- The goal of the OJT program in 4-5 star hotels is to provide an opportunity to learn and work in a professional environment with international standards to strengthen the reputation of H2B Singaraja students as competent and work-ready workers
- After OJT, the opportunity to work as a daily worker in the hotel is very large, especially if the student shows good work performance. Daily workers are the first step towards permanent employees because H2B students will be assessed directly in a real work environment
- Experience in 4-5 star hotels strengthens the profile of H2B Singaraja students, which has an impact on making it easier for H2B graduates to find work in hotels, both domestically and abroad
Overseas On The Job Training (OJT)
